The Barn

Located on 44 acres in Littleton our stalls are 13'x16' with rubber matted floors, aisle window, and daily paddock turnout included. 

Private tack rooms are provided, equipped with saddle racks and bridle hooks.

Horses are fed three times daily with high quality timothy grass alfalfa hay mix. Our horses are fed with Cavalor grain twice daily along with owner supplied supplements though smartpak. Our horses are offerd individual turnout for a minimum of six hours daily, weather permitting.  Stalls are bedded with small flake shavings.  Additionally, we provide blanketing and fly sheeting along with daily night check.   

 

Riding  

Our outdoor jumping ring includes beautifully maintained sand footing and horse-show quality jumps sizing 250 x 200 with a Calgary slide and 2 banks to jump in and out of the arena and practice for Spruce Meadows. Additionally we have an outdoor arena grass field and a few cross country jumps. Our insulated indoor arena includes GGT (German Geo Textile) footing, with mirrors and appropriate letters. Both arenas features ideal footing for flatwork and hacking. 

Adjacent to the property is the Backcountry Wilderness Area, which is open for leisurely trail riding and hacking of 8200 Acres.

Amenities

Horses: With 34+  grass turnouts, our horses live as naturally as possible while in a show environment. Weather permitting, they’re turned out all day or overnight, depending on their preference. Horses may go out individually, whatever is best for their health and well-being. We offer a horse treadmill (Horse Gym 2000) that can be used daily

Humans: A climate-controlled rider’s lounge Wifi equipped with refrigerator and microwave and a permanent bathroom are offered for client use.

New Indoor Stabling - Price upon request

 Our heated and insulated 24-stall, center aisle main barn is the centerpiece of  VDM, aisle flooring provided by pave save rubber pavers and additional indoor bathrooms, climate controlled barn and wash racks, hot and cold water, and heated viewers lounge of the indoor arena. Each stall is 12 x 12 with rubber matted floors, aisle window, a fan and an additional back stall window, daily paddock turnout included. Private tack rooms are provided, equipped with saddle racks and bridle hooks. Ample wood shavings are banked, stalls cleaned multiple times per day and water buckets and feed tubs are cleaned daily. We provide basic laundry service for horses stabled inside.

Nico and Caroline live onsite in their home by the barn, which provides them 24-hour oversight, giving clients “peace of mind.”

  • Deworming and Vaccinations (billed through the veterinarian)

  • Teeth Floating (billed through Quinn)

  • Body clipping ($150 plus sedation fee if needed)

  • Farrier (billed through Steve Elliot)

  • Winter Blanket Cleaning (billed through Liz)

FULL BOARD

  • $875 per month for showing clients

  • $1,300 per month for non-showing clients or those who show fewer than two shows per year.
