Our Facility

The Barn

Our facility features heated, insulated 12 × 12 stalls with rubber mat flooring. Each stall includes a window facing the aisle and another at the rear. The barn is climate-controlled and boasts heated wash racks with hot and cold water, plus indoor bathrooms and an insulated arena. The aisles are finished with brick-paver flooring.

Stall bedding includes ample banked wood shavings, refreshed daily with small flake shavings. Each horse enjoys daily paddock turnout (weather permitting), with individual turnout offered for a minimum of eight hours per day. We handle blanketing, fly sheeting, and perform nightly checks.

Horses are fed three times a day with a high‑quality timothy–alfalfa hay mix, supplemented by grain and owner-provided supplements. Basic laundry service is available for horses boarded indoors.

A dedicated tack room includes saddle racks, bridle hooks, and space for tack trunks.

Nico and Caroline live on-site in the barn residence, providing 24‑hour oversight—offering clients true peace of mind.
